Macarons became popular in France after the chef of queen Catherine de Medici brought them from Italy in 1533 and today they are the most sold dessert in France.
They are basically made of sugar, almond flour and egg whites.
Macarons are naturally gluten-free and at L'Artisane Creative Bakery & Bistro we accepted the challenge and we make them vegan as well!
Our macarons have the classic tempting texture: crunchy exterior and a soft filling made of chocolate ganache.
